Leader Hub is your private coaching workspace from Leader Guide. It's where you run your monthly and quarterly check-ins, track priorities, issues and actions, keep session notes, set goals and milestones, shape your Compass (vision, mission and values), and reach the playbooks and tools that support your growth as a leader.

Only you and your assigned coach. Your check-ins, notes, health ratings and private goals are never visible to other people in your company — not even company leaders. Anything marked Company (like company goals) is shared with your team; anything marked Private stays between you and your coach.

Use the booking buttons at the top of this page. You can book a quick phone call, a full coaching Zoom session, or a consulting session focused on implementing changes in your business. If you're on the self-serve plan, you can upgrade to the Small Business Coaching plan any time to add sessions.

A coaching session helps you think — clarity, focus, accountability and working through challenges. A consulting session is hands-on help putting things into practice: systems, marketing, operations and the practical work of implementing change.

Most leaders do a monthly check-in before their coaching session, plus a deeper quarterly review. Completing it beforehand makes your session far more valuable — your coach can see where your head's at and you spend the time on what matters.

Yes. Leader Hub works on phone, tablet and desktop, so you can capture a thought or update an action wherever you are. For longer writing — like pasting in meeting notes — a tablet or laptop is the most comfortable.
